Payton and Mom began cooking when we discovered Payton's food allergies at a very early age. Being so limited on what Payton could eat, Mom grew organic produce creating unique recipes for his limitations. "We would record ourselves cooking, pretending to have a cooking show which kept Payton always wanting to create in the kitchen." We've taught Payton the importance of the experience of food and savoring different flavors. Growing up in Memphis with a big brother who loves hot sauce, Payton decided that he wanted to create a hot sauce of his own that was too hot for big brother to handle. Being the mischievous little 7 year old that he can be, we had to have some guidelines like tweaking the name from Burning Butthole to Burning Bunghole. Payton outsourced neighbor's peppers and through trial and error of taste testing with Mom in the kitchen, discovered the master ingredients of Burning Bunghole full of love, laughter, and burning sensations that will leave you with something to talk about and only wanting more.
